I don't know where to start. I guess admitting you have a problem is the first step right? Well, here I go. My ACTUAL name is Ana. And I am best friends with Ana. I am acquaintances every now and then with your good friend Mia. Personally I'm not a fan of her but I hated being forced to eat. So she was there when necessary. If you read this story, diary, whatever the fuck it's called, all I ask is don't become attached and please don't tell me I need help because I'm just gonna tell you to fuck off and that's not very nice. And to you guys who do decide to continue reading, welcome to my life in hell.

"Ten years ago today was the worst day of my life. On the 17th of November 2007, I lost my best friend in a hit-and-run car accident. It's been a hard ten years, living from day to day with an awful childhood tragedy at the back of my mind, but the years still crawl by agonisingly slowly. I say that, but when I think about Alice and what happened to her it barely seems like yesterday. My therapist seems to think that documenting everything I think and feel in this diary will finally help me get over her death-and who knows? Maybe he's right. "She's right! She's right! I don't cut in the right spot." My hold tightens on my wrist. The red blood oozes out of my wrist. I slide up and grab my bag and run out of the bathroom. She practices of managing her starvation by distracting it and never catches a break on the scale. Nobody is aware of it, it was something Rita doesn't want her friends or family to know, hiding her body from them didn't last long. Her mother noticed the dramatic weight change on her body. She tries to help her get back to her eating and tells her many times that she's "perfectly skinny" but nothing works.
