The rift's ever growing control over grian just gets to strong and when he makes a grave mistake he must turn to old forces to powers he sought to leave in his past. All while a new power looms over him threating to sallow him up into a pit of hate and anger.

Grian's life was shattered into a million pieces a long time ago. So long ago, he didn't know whether it was ever even whole. When he joined Hermitcraft after running away from the Watchers, it was starting to come together, until season eight began and his life was thrown into chaos. The Watchers were there, and he didn't even know if they were good or bad anymore. He didn't know who to be scared of. And he was forced to question everything in silence, finding refuge only in his magic. And unfortunately for him, things don't always go the way he might have expected - not that he really had any expectations, anyway. There is some mild swearing. Grian was placed into a world, not EXACTLY sure what had happened before then, although he where he was. There was others too. Along with some mysterious entities, called themselves the watchers. They liked him, maybe a little too much. Eventually he found himself, he wasn't sure weather a human or something else. What is Grian exactly? Is he a watcher? A Hermit? Real?
