Throughout high school, Nicolette faced various amounts of bullying and even more abuse. When graduation came, Nicolette started a business, selling unwanted items left behind by the dead. She stays in her small shop and never goes outside. However, she realizes that she has to, when she receives a letter ordering her to attend jury duty. There she meets Vic, a man about two years older than her with a love and deep fascination for music. Will they become more than just friends, or will her mental illnesses she received from her mother, take over her? Will she ever find out the mystery of life and death, which has consumed her thoughts for years? If so, How?

A Maybank and A Cameron? It's almost like a modern Romeo and Juliet. It's forbidden for them to be together. Could be the end of the world. The stolen glances, the hidden feelings, the unspoken words, the secret meetings and the obvious hatred towards each other followed by constant conflicts and some hidden past that threatened them but there are always invisible strings tied and pulling them together no matter how hard the tides trying to pull and part them away from each other.
