The Backrooms: Echoes of the Abyss by SimpingPyro
10 parts Complete
In The Backrooms: Echoes of the Abyss, John, a curious soul with a penchant for exploring abandoned places, stumbles upon a door that leads to a nightmarish labyrinth known as the Backrooms. Endless, monotonous corridors lined with yellowing walls and flickering lights stretch out before him, trapping him in a surreal reality where time and space are distorted. As John navigates the eerie, ever-changing environment, he is plagued by the silence and occasional ominous sounds that hint at something lurking just out of sight. Determined to find an escape, John encounters cryptic signs, shifting rooms, and strange phenomena that seem to defy the laws of physics. Along his journey, he crosses paths with shadowy figures and encounters a mysterious guide who warns him of the trials that lie ahead. John must confront not only the Backrooms' physical challenges but also the emotional and psychological fears they stir within him. The deeper he goes, the more he realizes that the Backrooms are more than a maze-they are a reflection of his innermost struggles and fears. Armed with only his wits and a cryptic key, John is forced to confront a final trial, one that will test his understanding, courage, and resolve. The key to his freedom lies not just in navigating the endless corridors, but in unraveling the truth about himself and the mysterious nature of the Backrooms. The Backrooms: Echoes of the Abyss is a tale of survival, self-discovery, and the psychological toll of isolation in a nightmarish world where reality bends and terror awaits around every corner. As John faces the unknown, he must question what is real and what is illusion-and whether the Backrooms are a prison, a test, or something far more sinister.

After the Fun War all partypoopers vanished into the Promised Land. The problem appeared when one of them accidently noclipped straight into the Funrooms, with no way back. POSSIBLE TWs: -blood , gore (it should be obvious tho) -PTSD/other mental struggles //////// dedication to all desperate people (like me) who wanted to but couldn't find anything longer or completed about partygoer and/or partypooper. you're welcome. important note (or not) -it's QUEERPLATONIC not romantic because i said so. also it's not really focused on that aspect STOP COMPLAINING!!! -partygoer and partypooper are both nonbinary because im also nonbinary and i also said so -It's all going to be written in Partypoopers POV -im going to ignore a lot of canon stuff. for example partygoers won't entirely loose their memories after being "infected" and they aren't 100% completely aggressive and unstoppable in the funrooms. -my grammar will probably suck bc english is my second language ============================== most impresive rankings: #2 in #backrooms ~ 14.11.2022 #1 in #Partypooper ~ 14.11.2022 #1 in #Partygoer ~ 16.11.2022 #1 in #backrooms ~ 22.11.2022 <3 ============================== started: 04.11.2022 finished: 26.11.2023
