When you talk about how an apocalypse would start, you think of scientists, trying to revive a human, but you'd be wrong, dead wrong. No expected it to even happen, it was just a normal Tuesday, no one even noticed, it happened in an alleyway, a drug addict decided, hey why not combine all these drugs and see what happens, newsflash, bro killed himself, but left it exposed to a stray cat. Guess the saying, 'Curiosity Killed the Cat' was true, cuz the cat sniffed it, and thought, hey it smells good, so bro ate it, the cat died, but turns out there was a side affect for animals, it fucking took it's time, but it slowly but surely mutated the cat, it was bigger, stronger, thin ass fur, and big ears, the drug slowly started to melt it's skin off, so imagine the amount of terror there was when it tried to eat a whole ass kid, here's how I Katsuki Bakugou, survived, the shitty apocalypse.....

"All cats are grey in the dark." This is a proverb. It means that in the dark, you can't tell one cat from another. In a figurative sense, it could also mean that someone who has too little information can't properly assess the situation. They can't distinguish between good and evil. When the Demon King died, the black line separating good and evil was broken. Demons find themselves, demons seek themselves. Demons are evil, demons are good. Demons remain lonely, demons find the family they didn't know they were searching. But how can you tell them apart if you can't see in the darkness? How can you judge whether you're doing the right thing when all you can see is grey? And in the deepest darkness of ignorance, confusion, the darkness of a decline of selfishness and ignorance, only the cats seem to see through the darkness. This story is a tragedy, just like Demon Slayer. There is an ending. Is it a good one? A bad one? Is the dried cat blood on the ground worth it? Was it all worth it, were the dead, the lost, worth it, just so someone switches the light button on? Weird... that's one word. A rather rude one, but it was the right one to describe me. Or delusional, considering I want to be a hero, but my quirk is so useless. Izuku had a very... dark mindset. When he first met his childhood friend, Katsuki Bakugo, he started dragging him into his schemes. Inko didn't mind much, brushing it off as the creative mind of a young boy. She was a supportive mother, so she let him do a lot of things other kids couldn't- -No, he wasn't allowed to do drugs, get your mind outa the gutter. Hell, at the crisp age of 10 he was allowed to go outside at night, alone. All he needed was his phone, his location on, and to come back before 9:30. One night, she was in his room, helping him clean it, when she found a rat corpse he put in a jar. She screamed so loud the neighbors came to check on the two. Izuku said it was his special little friend he found on a walk, so she let him keep it. That's most likely one of the reasons he's being bullied. "Oi, Deku. Whatcha thinking about this time? Do you wanna hit the teacher and put his kinda in a jar?" Katsuki taunted. Izuku only looked up and him, rolling his eyes. "Don't be silly," he started, making Katsuki's underling heart race. "His lungs would be too big to fit in a jar. I'd need a larger container, like a-" "You're so fuckin weird!"
