Kaz is Green Arrow and a Speedster

Kaz is one of the teenagers who have had a tragic life. When he was ten his mother was murdered and his dad was put in prison for her murder than a year later got kidnapped by some weird people calling themselves the League of Asssassins. He got to know them, they trained him. Gave him super speed. He became someone who was ruthless, but he couldn't take the killing anymore even if it meant revenge on the Man In Yellow.

So he ran from the league and was taken in by a nice family. He's now 16 and has been rescued for about a month (he's still arrow,has to have been away for 5 years) and is ready to make his mark on saving his city even if others already are.

He meets Oliver and they become friends. He acts like a total idiot who just wants to mess around with girls which literally any girl at that school are willing to make happen. They then stumble on Mighty Med and to save Tecton. Kaz will have to reveal his secret.

Now let's get ready for Kaz as Green Arrpw (he will be played by a different actor). The new speedster.

Soon though, the League will start to come for Al-Sah-Im. Wanted back by Ra's Al Ghul and his 18 year old daughter, Nyssa Al Ghul, who loves him. Will Kaz be able to keep his city safe?
