Toph Beifong, now going by Lian Loa, is the Chief of Police in the snow city of Kya. She is hired to crack the case of a missing gemstone, alongside the Mayor's son, Sokka Hakoda. However, as they begin to dig deeper into the case, they discover a dark trail of clues that stir the plot and threaten the lives of their loved ones. 

Toph and Sokka dated in High School, and after he broke her heart, Toph faked her death and began a new life under a new identity. But now that they're working together, will Sokka discover the truth about his new colleague?  

A romantic novella which focuses on the effects of heartbreak and reignited love.  COMPLETED!
