Devi had been crushing on Paxton Hall-Yoshida since the third grade. She never would've dreamed that she'd get to be his girlfriend some day. Yeah, so she'd ruined it by also dating her former arch-nemesis turned also lover Ben Gross at the same time, but that was a story for another day. She really was trying to turn herself around and be a good person. 

Not just so Paxton could somehow miraculously fall for her again.

Definitely not. 


He was with Phoebe and he was happy. 

Devi was over him. So so over him. 

She was over the dimples in his smile.

She no longer thought about the way he used to look at her, 

like she was awkward, but that it was what he liked about her.
