Thea and Esther met in high school underneath the school bleachers, Thea was running away from her mother and Esther was running away from the loud crowds. Coming from two different lives and growing in two different directions they shared something special but that all came to an end when Thea leaves town being promised that there's something more significant for her while Esther remains stuck in a life she always expected.
With zero contact with one another, they go on living alone once again. Still, when Esther finds her connection to Thea's on the cover of extraordinary life she begins thinking about it could've been unknowing that Thea's been thinking the same thing.
