Am i really what i say i am ? (Genmui modern highschool au)

A young boy named Muichiro who got rejected by a girl he'd been crushing on for months. While running home in the rain with his brother he gets hit by a car. Long story short he ends up being in a coma for 4 months. He shortly started to attend school and on the first day back a tall boy bumped into him. Later on he discoveres the boy's name is Genya and they soon become befriends. Muichiro started to feel different when he was around Genya or even when he was brought up, why is that?
