"Mate," I whisper under my breath.
"Thank the goddess, I wasn't sure how long I could keep this up," Adam says, a look of relief flushing his face and reddening his cheeks.
For a while I don't say anything, I just stare. Stare at the beauty of a boy I've known for 22 years but revel in the hotness of my mate I'm meeting now.

A flurry of emotions swell within me, happiness that Adam's my mate, relief to have found him, fear because he's an Alpha which means I'm his Luna but mostly guilt. Overwhelming guilt that while Adam believes that I've only ever been with him, I was also with his brother. Guilt that while he'd waited 5 years for me to finish school just to be with me that last night I was with his brother... his twin brother. Gut retching nausea hits me and the urge to throw up hits me like a wave. I sprint to the nearest bathroom I know of down the hall, while Adam trails behinds me, and stick my head in the toilet seat not even realising that the shower's running.
