Everything was red. All Grian could see was an endless void of red. Except it ended with a man. A tall man, with a large scar covering the entire left side of his face and body. And, he wasn't wearing a shirt. Grian should know who this person is, but Grian didn't. What Grian did know was that he had to win. And to win he had to kill this man in front of him.

Deep In the Scarhara Desert, lived two very different guys. One, a tall, dark haired male with scars to show, and the other, a careful, light hearted blonde. After a prank gone wrong, Grian vows to protect Scar during his first life. But what happens when Grian does lose that life? Will he be able to ignore Scar or will he continue to protect his "friend"? TW At the end of the book. There will be suicide. This book also contains a lot of death. NOT EVERYTHING IN THIS BOOK IS ACCURATE! That being said, don't get upset cuz Pizza isn't in here. I forgot to add him and by the time I realized, I was already on chapter 4. Taken || Book 2 of 2 in the Sam's Back series
Sam was gone, for good, Mumbo had killed him and he hadn't respawned. He was dead. Grian trusted in the kindness of the world and he opened up, but that was his biggest mistake. Because what if Sam wasn't dead? What if they had been tricked by a simple hack? What if Scar and Mumbo went missing? What if they were taken? Grian would have to find out the consequences of those 'what if's the hard way. A sequel to "Sam's Back", I suggest reading that first if you haven't already since otherwise this won't make sense. A YHS/Hermitcraft fanfic. Angsty. There's some mild Grumbo shipping but it could just be seen as platonic. Also Scar/Cub shipping, but only really at the very end and you can ignore it if you want. Trigger warnings: death loops, permadeath, Sam being Sam, manipulation, self hatred, torture, general angsty stuff. There's a happy ending though! Your Stupid Face A Desert Duo Story
To describe Scar & Grian's relationship, it is one of complete and utter loathing. The two have a deep-rooted dislike for one another, always wanting to bully each other every time they come near. However, whenever they do pass or see each other, they would get this strange feeling of warmth and joy that fills their guts. But they don't know what this sensation is, they just know that it makes them want to bully and torment the other even worse. It's such a unique feeling, no one can explain it, not even themselves. They just know that the feeling is there and they hate it. They hate it so much that they wont admit it or even talk about it, it's something unspoken but still a powerful and driving force between the two. Grian hated it, hating that feeling of warmth and attraction that Scar was causing. This completely flipped their relationship, as Grian started to want more of Scar's attention. However, he felt so conflicted about this feeling as well, wanting to fight and torment Scar but unable to resist the charms as well. This story is inspired by the song Your Stupid face by Kaden Mackay I hope you like it! The art is from tobytoaster on tumblr but I made the cover myself by just conjoining the two pieces and added some text. COMPLETE 27th of January 2024Complete

The Hermits are back for Season 8 and some of them have been playing in a death game called 3rdLife. But the ending was a lot harder to cope with for one of them. Can Grian cope with the guilt slowly overtaking him? Will he be able to ever look Scar in the eyes again? Meanwhile, Scar seems his happy self. That slowly changes when his beloved pesky bird seems to avoid him. Aka, Grian doesn't want to make the same mistakes, but does. And Scar tries to figure out why things have changed. And somehow, they always end up back in the desert.Complete
