Her amazing skills convinces her superiors that she's ready to finally go to the Mortal World to condemn souls to their fate. When she arrives, she enrolls in Riverside High to blend in and to get her job done. She ends up attracting the attention of the most popular guy in school, Colt McMathews.
Colt's tired of his normal life and wishes something interesting would happen. His wish comes true when Celeste enrolls. He immediately can tell somethings different about her, he just doesn't know what. They both get under each other's skin but become friends anyway.
