Following a defeat at the hands of Mario once again, Bowser had given up chasing Princess Peach. He had to focus on his own kingdom and his children. He had to make sure his kingdom thrived of for years to come. Luigi was content with a quiet life, but with a princess be kidnapped constantly there was no quiet. Accompanying his brother on this rescue, he saw how ruthless he got when he went rescuing. After helping every Koopa on his way, including the one of the sons of the king, Luigi may find something he hasn't found or bothered to look for, and Bowser will learn sometimes being soft for other is the most masculine thing you can do. A diamond hidden within the gray line
Imagine a alternate world where the mario universe has a modern feel to it, and is full of action. Full of secrets of the past and bizarre moments along with horrifying moments as well. Now imagine all of this happening after the events of bowser's inside story but with a twist you'll never imagine was possible that involves the kind of horror you could never comprehend which is also part of an ancient history that was mostly buried and forgotten. This story contains swearing, blood and dark moments as well as light hearted moments, and a couple of shippings. One of them being not at all what you expect!
