Lillias Rosalie Evans has been the Chief Superintendent of the Worcester Police Station, Lieutenant Commander in the British Navy and a member of MI6. Now she has been transferred to a Special Unit for the investigation of unsolved crimes linked to supernatural happenings.
Her liasons to the supernatural communities are a set of twins, Jacob and Draco, who were changed into a Vampire and Werewolf respectively. They claim to be her mates, and are extremely over protective of her. After being so independent for so long, Lily is not used to people caring about her safety like these two do, and so she fights against the pull towards them.
Will Lily accept Draco and Jacob? Will they be able to work out their differences? Will Lily learn how to be loved again?

He finds her, and because of her dormant wolf, he thinks she's human. Soon she goes missing, because her pack members sold her to a rogue pack. Alex searches, and searches, but cannot find her. Her wolf has to completely go dormant, because it's just causing her pain and she would died of she didn't. Alex thinks that she's dead, because he felt the connection between them break. He finds another girl to be his mate, and when Ashleigh is found, she is heartbroken. Not only was it her pack that made her suffer through all that because they sold her, but her mate had given up on her because her wolf had to go into dormancy.
