Riku Nanase is an 18-year old boy but not just any boy... He is also an idol alongside with his other idol friends in an idol group called Idolish7, and other idol groups called Trigger, Re: vale and Zool. 

Idolish7 is now currently doing a project along with other groups called Trigger, Re:vale and Zool, they're all going to enter a virtual game called Ordinal Scale a game with interesting features, such as play some games and win things, but that's not all, what's even more interesting is that there is also a virtual idol named "Yuna". 

But as they are exploring the world of Ordinal Scale, Riku was acting a little strange... no, he is acting strange and Iori Izumi notices and asks him if his alright... Riku reassured him that he's fine and he is not just used to this... 

But little did they know Riku is actually an SAO survivor... an incident that happen 4-5 years ago where everyone who log in to play the game was trapped....
