"You wear contacts?" She asked, that was why his brown eyes didn't look right, they weren't natural. "Yeah, usually... but they were making my eyes hurt today so i had to take them out, I have something called Heterochromia" he spoke uncomfortably not making eye contact with her.

"Why would you hide that? I think their beautiful" Ari spoke still in a daze, lost in his eyes, she was snapped out of it when he made eye contact with her, slamming her mouth shut, did she really just complement her kidnapper? Maybe she had lost the plot, just like everyone around her had said.

"That's the nicest thing someones said to me all week" he smiled "My names Kai by the way, just so you can stop calling me kidnapper or whatever you've probably been calling me." He held out a hand, she carefully accepted it, shaking his hand then turning back to her plate, finishing off her French toast. This was certainly odd
