I can't reach you

Eloise is new to college, and she's majoring for art. Her art declines as she has moved to a new state, running far from her family. However, one day she gets a call from someone unknown. Her mental health was decreasing, but after meeting this unknown person through the phone, she begins to heal more and her art gains popularity and success. She heals all the way, until she doesn't hear from this caller again.. where could they have gone, and why?
