Lazuli Scamander is Luna Lovegood and Rolf Scamander's daughter. She has the Hufflepuff heart of her father and her famous great-grandfather Newt Scamander with the Ravenclaw wit and attitude of her mother. Everyone who knows her says that she'll be a hatstall, Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff. But Lazuli knows she's a Ravenclaw because she much more so prefers the company of books than of people. When she finally gets to go to Hogwarts, one of the only places her father hasn't taken her to explore and meet the magical creatures that live there, you can imagine how excited she is to have somewhere new to explore and discover. Lazuli has never cared about fitting in or being normal by any means, but she always thought she would finally find people like her at Hogwarts, but what does she do when her entire plan is thrown aside on her very first day. Will she make new one, or embrace the new and unexpected crazy?
I haven't read (all of) Cursed Child so anything that happens there and/or most (probably all) characters will not be in this. The only characters that are not mine are Neville, Luna, Rolf, McGonagall, any mentions (this may change) of any other characters from J.K. Rowling's Wizarding World series'. If you are reading this you should be able to tell which is which but all characters that are not my own belong to J.K. Rowling.

These events are based on the book "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's (Philosopher's) Stone." I will also tell these stories sometimes based on the movies and other times based on the books. What happens when everything feels like it's going to fall apart? Maeve, was a quite unique girl. Whoever witnessed her smile or laugh was instantly intoxicated by her presence, and thats what happened to a particular twin who's eyes had been roaming the Great Hall when he laid his sight on a particular Hufflepuff. She grew up learning from a young age that she was a witch. Her parents surrounded her with magic and Magical Creatures. Her grandfather left her dad his studies and animals. Her first pet was a Puffskein, not your average household pet for most, but for her it was just perfect. Except when it stuck its tongue up her nose when she was napping. But none the less, she grew up happy and surrounded with love and magic. She knows that her last name is kind of out there, people stop her parents all the time saying that they respected her grandfather and his findings. She's read his book a bunch of times, but she didn't understand why he was so popular. He was just her nutty gramps who loved the magical beast. But I guess, because he showed the world the amazing finds we have in our world living with us, she could admit he was pretty cool.
