I didn't think it would come down to this. I didn't think I would have to watch the people I love die right in front of me. Now I hold him in my arms his blood on my hands and staining my clothes and hair. I look into his eyes I can see the tears starting to form in his eyes. He lifts his right hand and puts my hair behind my ear. He smiles, blood coming out the left corner of his mouth.
"I love you Jane." He says, and his eyes close.
It's been a year since Jane and her family left Zenus and began to move on with their lives. Jane is pregnant and everything was going fine, until one afternoon a photo arrives and it reads: See you soon.

They used my vulnerability against me. They used that weapon, to make me accept their stupid idea. And I of course, accepted it, I didn't even know what they were going to do. They tugged and poked and even shoved their disgusting finger in your wound, just to see you cry. To see you change. No pitty in their eyes. They just continue. But I had enough of the tugging, the clawing, the moaning, the crying and pleading for them to stop, but simply feeding them with our pain. "Breath." He orders. I start to breathe again and just blink at him. "Now go." He orders me again. I flinch involuntarily at his tone and jump back slightly. "Please don't let me walk home alone." I beg in a quiet voice, looking down at my feet. The next thing I see are his black combat boots right in front of my shoes. I look up into his eyes and he looks down into mine confusion written all over his face. "How come you aren't running yet?" He questions searching my eyes.
