In the world of Hiliya, there are many beings. They coexist but something darker lurks in society's unseen shadows. Underground gangs, the Mafia, and even kingdoms are pulling dark strings to get what they want. A being named Ren was only minding his own business as usual when suddenly his entire life gets turned upside down. Wondering how he got into this mess, secrets he didn't need or wanted to know are revealed at every turn. Living a normal life was hard enough for him already without having to worry about dying on top of all that. After an incident ensues, he takes his first-ever job as a waiter at an infamous club despite the warnings surrounding it. Immediately regretting his decision after experiencing numerous unfortunate events, the only one who can save him now is a demon he despises. Finding hope in the darkness was something he never thought was possible.
