Generations passed, & with each cycle, their once-potent powers waned, until the day came when their adversaries breached the gates of their stronghold, toppling their sovereigns from their thrones. The proud lineage was extinguished, its remnants scattered to the winds, as the shadow of a new reign loomed over the conquered land. In the ashes of his heritage, a lone figure emerged - a boy stripped of his birthright, a witness to the fall of his kin. Y/n, an heir of a fallen dynasty, harbored a burning desire to reclaim the lost glory of his lineage, to wrest his family's honor from the hands of traitors, & restore their rightful place.
To achieve it, Y/n pledged his allegiance to Lord Farquaad, honing his skills as a master swordsman & serving as a faithful knight at the lord's side. Tasked with a mission deemed pivotal in his bid for redemption - to retrieve Princess Fiona for Farquaad - Y/n believed this to be his chance.
Yet fate, in its erratic manner, had other designs. Love bloomed, & so too did peril, for hidden agendas & forgotten histories threatened to unravel their fragile alliance.
