Lyra's family owed debt, and so, as soon as she was born, Lyra payed the price.

   Lyra is in the last years of her childhood, but it feels wrong to call herself a child. She's fairly self aware and acts fairly mature. She feels a bit lost, and so, once she's faced with a chance for excitement and discovery, as well as a peak into adulthood, under an apprenticeship as a detective, she just HAS to accept!

   In another regard, Lyra's adopted sister Luna begins to wonder what's in the center of the family she's been welcomes into. She had known them for the better part of her life, and yet she knew very little about it all. And, on top of it, Lyra was having weird mood swings, disappearing to places no one knew, and having gaps in her memory. Just what was going on?

   Join Lyra and her sister, Luna, throughout their life, as Lyra struggles against her inner voice and Luna learns the true history of the family she was welcomed into.
