Kaylee McCoy has always been known as ‘the weird girl’ or ‘the loner’. Well, when her father gets a new job in San Francisco, California, she’s excited for all of the new opportunities that lay ahead of her. When she starts at her new school, all she is hoping for is a new start, and maybe even a friend or two. Little does she know that the minute she walks in the door, popular football player, Nicholas Preston has his eye on her. This would not be much of a problem except for the fact that he’s taken with popular cheerleader, Skylar Brody.
Nicholas will try everything in him to make sure he doesn’t have feelings for Kaylee. But when the two are paired up for a semester long project, anything can happen. As both of them get closer, secrets are revealed and relationships are put to the test.
But will Nicholas risk ruining his reputation just to become closer to Kaylee?
