7 seconds. That's all it takes to die. Darkness to flow into your mind. Stiffness. Pain.
A 17 year old girl called Belle strolled around the abandoned streets of Paris. Her area in Paris was known as the most dangerous place to live in. Nobody knows the real name for this area. That's why we Parisians label it as 'Le lieu détruit.' Paris sounds great right? The Eiffel Tower and the happy laughs from Parisians walking together, hand in hand. But in her area of Paris, it was deadly. Nobody would dare step foot into that area. Not after...we'll let's just say that something bad happened there. But what could she do? She couldn't move out of there. She was parentless, has no other family to contact and only her waitress job to keep her on her feet. Blood stained the brick walls and blood-stained socks lied in small hill-like on the grounds.

Why do bad things happen to good people? A question that his boy is making himself more then ever this days. From the beginning we see a 17 year old boy, struggling to finish high School, filled up with insecurities, mental health issues, a toxic family home, and impossible standards to live up to. He has learn to not only hate his life, but to want finish it off as fast as possible. Close to finally graduating high school his English teacher, Mr Steve, assigns the class a special progect. "To be able to see life through different eyes, and write about it." For this, Mr Steve gets his class to assist a hospital 3 times a week, and assigns each student, with a patient. This is the moment where this boy meets Royal, a cancer sick 17 year old girl, that has lived in a hospital her hole life, but still finds beauty and meaning in it. Through out the report the boy gets more and more involved in Royal's life, spending unfortunately moments together. But through out the journey he asks himself more and more. "Why do bad things happen to good people?" While most could have been cared for and nurtured until they grew into fully fledged books, they have only matured halfway, creating a efficient way to get stuck in your head. I'll also post short stories that I may or may not try turning into novels. From "The Kid is Hot Tonight," a story about such topics as high school parties and domestic abuse. To "Just Another Nightmare," a story about a kind of hell you might never have thought of. This collection will likely make you question if something is wrong with me. Spoiler alert; there is.
