Most people would agree I’m the type of girl who is least likely to fall in love in high school. I would not give any of the boys in my school a second look. I thought high school boys were immature and that high school relationships are not worth it because they are stupid and always end badly. I was the type who raced to escape my boring little hometown and saw college as a blue oasis in the middle of the dessert. I would graduate, find a respectable job and then just possibly open myself up to love. If I did he would be the practical type; charming, the type of guy that parent’s would love for their little girl to marry. So my future was all planned out, right? Well, until Ryder Tompkins moved into town.
