I focused on the deer about a mile away with my bow and arrow when I suddenly heard something a behind me. It wasn't a walker because I would have heard groaning, I ducked into a bush and remained quiet.
"What was that?" Questions a boy who sounds around my age(14) said.
"Quiet!" Said a firm voice. I heard someone shuffling beside the bush I was hiding in. I held my breath while I slowly loaded my bow and arrow and aimed it through the bush. They must of saw something move in the bush I was hiding in, because all of a sudden I felt a intense pain in my upper thigh.
"Holy fuck!!" I yelled as I jumped out of the bush to face a boy, redneck, and a bearded man.||*
