Yo whats up!! This is basically a tommy villain arc. Im not sure if hes gonna kill dream, or be a villain with him yet. He goes to L'manberg all cut up and barely able to move, he screams at who ever is around, blah blah blah they trust him oops.

The world was never have been ready for Shift in the first place, Shift was the villain who's identity was so secret no one had a single lead to go attempt to catch them. In a forgotten world full of heroes, villains, and vigilantes, a world that had neither a good or bad ending, or maybe no ending at all. Who knows?
