Basically you moved back to Japan (you grew up there) to study at UA and become the best hero you can be! You run in to your childhood friend, who you don't recognise at first, but he recognises you.
Your quirk is teleportation! You an teleport anywhere you want but teleporting too much/too far makes you really tired and weak.
