This goes almost exactly by the anime, but Nezuko is Tanjiro (kinda confusing, believe me, I know). Sometime there are extra scenes or lines for characters.

Ships: InoNezu, TanZen, prolly more

What I changed:
Tanjiro and Nezuko swap places
Sabito and Makomo swap places
Since I do want to ship TanZen (Zenitsu X Tanjiro), Zenitsu simps for guys and sometimes girls (He doesn't simp for his superiors and Inosuke)
Muzan is usually called Muzan Jackson, cuz yes (only demons call him Kibutsuji)
Tanjiro has more emotions (aka sassy Tanjiro)
Rui's pronouns are They/Them (because in the manga is says that they're a girl and then it switches to that they're a boy, so it gets really confusing.)

As he spends more time in the Butterfly Mansion, waiting for his best friends to wake up, Inosuke realizes that he gets drawn to Aoi. How is that possible? They fight all the time. "What are you looking at?" Aoi growls. "I use my eyes to look at whatever I want!" Later, seeing Kanao getting together with Tanjiro and Nezuko falling in love with Zenitsu; sometimes Inosuke wonders if a strong man like him doesn't need a woman. He is wrong. Nezuko, wearing her beloved brother's hanafuda earrings, vows to become a demon slayer and find her brother and save him from the monster known as Muzan. How will the course of events change?
