felt like writing a Halloween-themed Deltarune story because I haven't read one of these yet. (Just to get this out of the way, a 'Blue Wave' is basically a blue moon-but this is the cyberworld and the moon is supposedly a baseball so for content purposes only I changed it so there's no 'moon', BUT-the sky changes from the regular green to blue. So, everything looks like it's under a blacklight.)
