Devin Black lives in the small town of Ryver. He's twelve-years-old and is just settling into his new home. But you see, Devin has a nack for solving mysteries, and trouble follows him just about everywhere. On June 10th, 1999, Devin faces the biggest mystery yet. Not that he wanted to, in fact, he never wants to. But trouble always finds a way to get Devin involved.
Devin finds himself in Vail Woods, woods that surround thouands upon thousands of miles. When he discovers the worlds biggest kept secret.
Can he handle it? Or will he fall to the fate of others, who dared to do what they were told not too?

Lucas lives in a kingdom ruled by Micheal and his brother Devin. He is currently a head guard as he worked his way up the ranks. Little did he know one day he world would be thrown upside down as the kingdom captures their first demon, David. They didn't realize these things could be captured. There was a reason no one was allowed to go deep into the forest. Once you enter there is no returning. As Lucas learns more about David, he wonders if they are truly as evil as everyone makes them out to be.
