It's been two weeks since the mysterious earthquake severed the once quiet and safe town of Hawkins in two. 72 dead, and notorious Hawkins murderer Eddie Munson is still presumed dead by most, and on the run by the latter. As the Upside Down spreads and decays the town piece by piece, day by day more residents flee for a safer and more normal life. The strain of what the Upside Down has in store for Hawkins is too much for most normal people to handle. The future is uncertain. Steve, Robin and Dustin have been doing all they can to help the people and families left behind. Steve(21) Hasn't had a chance to leave this awful place. He has stayed around for the kids, wanting nothing more to be there for each one's graduation. Confused. Lonely. Depression has really started to hit in the last couple of years after all of the tragic losses to the upsidedown. Nearly losing everything and everyone he's cared for and loved. Most everyone has gotten their chance to escape, Nancy and Jonathan moved to California after graduation. Robin's off at college. Until he realizes maybe he's not so alone here, sparking a true friendship with the most unlikely person, Eddie Munson. Eddie(22) hasn't been able to get out of this town either after swearing he would get the hell out of here many years ago. The kids are all graduating this year, which will most likely end up giving the two now men, no reason to stick around anymore. But what will happen to the two friends when Steve realizes the feelings he's thought for so long to just be a platonic friendship have always been a little more? I do not own rights to the ST characters or themes but I do own rights to my own storyline. I will be using pictures from artists that I find as the art for each chapter.
