Teruo, the leader of a criminal gang, has finally found the pebble in the middle of the shoes he always wanted out of the way: Kurogane Dayu, a member of the Kawaguchi family. The Kawaguchi family is known throughout the Saitama prefecture and is feared by all other rival gangs and organizations. Despite this, Teruo can't stand the corporate manipulator, who humiliates him "in his own way". Mariko, another member of Teruo's gang, also has an unfinished business with the blonde with whom she, however, prefers to talk to him privately. The question, however, thickens and the background follows one another: Kurogane does not seem to be directly involved. What is the crime that Kurogane committed? What is the secret behind the power of the Kawaguchi family and how do they rule the streets of Saitama?
