I thought moving happened to be the worst possible thing my mom could make me do besides going to her and Ryder's movie premiers, showing up at fancy parties, acting sweet. But as I entered the school gates, my thoughts diminished when I run into the baddest; though slightly hottest guys at school.
I'm Jade Parker, troubled daughter of Larissa and Ryder Parker. I'm supposedly the 'badass' at my school-and id like to keep it that way- but underneath my façade, I'm just a girl who used to be happy. When my father died, everything went downhill from there. My mother remarried, I got a new stepsister, my uncle became abusive, and my life seemed just peachy.
That is until the roller coaster I'm on decides to take an abrupt stop and send me on an adventure. An adventure where I might possibly meet the one who will fix me. Who will help me feel the thing that I've lost before. Who will be my troubled beauty.

Royal High School
"I know you are hiding something, Darling," Axel whispered as he tugged a loose strand of my curly red hair behind my ear. Then, he leaned closer, "Good thing I know how to make a girl talk or scream." My clenched jaw almost hit the floor as I heard what he said and I found myself glaring at him as he stepped away, a wide smirk on his stupid face. I opened my mouth to throw at him some snarky comment but he gave me a mock wave and walked towards the café door, "See you around Redhead." He called out before the door closed, leaving me annoyed and somehow flustered. ************************************ After the death of her mother, a 17-year-old Evelyn Isabella Harper is forced to leave everything behind and go to live with her father and two brothers whom she never met before. She soon meets her father's entire side of family and discovers why her mom always kept her away from that lifestyle. Additionally, when she is enrolled in Royal High School to start her senior year, she finds herself getting more than she bargained for. Especially, when she catches the attention of Axel Pèrez, the notorious bad boy.
My Teddy
The corner of his mouth tilts upward slightly. I smile again. A smile!? A tiny one, but still. "Hm. So I got you to smile, that's progress, yeah? Can I get your name now?" I ask, swinging my feel a little. He shakes his head shyly, his mouth not moving at all. Geez! Why do I want to hear this dude talk so much? "Okay, that's fine. I can give you a nickname." I offer happily. He looks up from his book, raising his eyebrows. I just stare for a moment. He has nice eyes. Pretty brown chocolate orbs. They remind me so much of....... "Teddy." He shakes his head immediately, frowning. "What, why not? You remind me of my old teddy bear. He was a good listener and he didn't talk much..... just like you." I say softly, tilting my head. He continues to shake his head. I fold my arms, leaning back in my seat. "Yeah, it's definitely sticking. Teddy.....It has a nice ring to it, yeah?" He sighs, the first sound I have ever heard him make. "No." . . . *Jordan* Teddy!? Seriously!? She gave me a fucking NICKNAME!? What the hell does this girl want!? I stuff my hands into my pockets, walking down the busy street. Forget about her. She's just a annoying pretty girl, she'll go away. Everybody does. She HAS to go away. *Spoiler alert*: she doesn't. Don't get close to people or they'll end up getting hurt. That's my mindset. I've been through enough of that. This girl doesn't belong in my world anyway. And maybe... just maybe these three unique boys can help with that. But Valentine seems to forget that they are just strangers. She didn't know the past the boys hide behind their black sunglasses. "Jadelynn Genevieve Berkshire! That's it! I've had it with you and your stints. I'm sending you to live with your father!" my mother had yelled. I had shrugged and said "Whatever." I mean, how many times had she said that? No matter what I did, she never actually sent me to live with my father, until now. I guess using a fake identity to bypass airport security (which my aspiring artist/hacker of a best friend, Cleo, made) to sneak onto One Direction's jet (well actually I got onto the wrong one) to meet Harry Styles and Zayn Malik and being arrested in Australia is the last straw.
