'If you have found this journal it means I have passed on, it will explain all I love you.' That is the first thing in an old journal you had just found buried in a rotted box underneath the floorboards of the famous Crawford house, It was said that this couple was so in love that they ran away together even though she was married to another. The legend says her previous husband grew angry after she ran away and that he hunted them down to this land and murdered them while they were being intimate then buried their bodies and built this house as a reminder to anyone no one leaves him. To understand the past, and the history of this house, you must go through the pages of the journal to answer all questions, Why hide it under the floor? Does this have her murder in there? Her affair? Why did she run off?
