After the discovery of illegal experimentation on children, Masrani discovered two surviving children, a teenage girl and a toddler boy, brother and sister, taking them in as his own, naming them and firing the scientist who admitted to the horrific act.

Now to get the two use to socialising and being around other people after being isolated, he places them into the new Camp, under Roxie's care, hoping they'd grow and learn with their fellow campers.
