Kyouya's book has been a mystery to almost all he encounters, people say that he keeps accounts in it, while others say it's full of cool poetry, and others still say it has all the secrets that he's uncovered. Enter Kristie, who's family is an overnight success, and she is drawn to the arts, and who's now a student at Ouran High School, and who's new best friends (who call themselves Unit), who hate how girls throw themselves at a certain host club. Subsequently starting a frenzy of OC's, intrigue, pranks by a set of twins, and quite possibly love. 
But only after someone gets their hands on a certain book.
