Y/n Uley was never a "part of the pack", even before she left the reservation and joined the Marines. So when she comes back from her deployment changed, why would she start now? Her brother Sam has always been cold-shouldered and rude towards her, only being around 4 years her senior, so when the recruiter made his very rare trip to La Push at the end of her senior year she leaped at the opportunity. Enlisting at the ripe age of 18, she escaped the coastal town and quickly rose in the ranks. Her life had finally changed for the better. Until one day she came across someone, no-something-that changed her.

My older sister, Bella, and I had to move from Phoenix to a small town in Washington called Forks. It was a pretty big change for me but even bigger for Bella.
