Eclipse is the one and only child of the current sun and moon and that comes with special advantages, like living in a palace, but it also comes with duties that Eclipse doesn't want. To honour the tradition that has been fulfilled for millennia, Eclipse must take on the role of the Star Master, to choose the next Sun and Moon, but that isn't on Eclipse's bucket list.
