A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man dies, only a few days after his birthday, from fighting the Sinister Five. He suddenly wakes up in a world where being a Hero becomes a job. Though he isn't the only one who made it into this world.
DISCLAIMER: I recommend reading the Ultimate Spider-Man comic line by Brian Michael Bendis and watching the MHA anime/reading the manga, before reading this story!
