What was supposed to be a peaceful trip for a vacation to Isle Delfino turned out oh so wrong, that Mario was accused for a crime that he did not commit. Can they restore this tropical paradise to the way it was, or will it remain polluted and shrouded in darkness forever? (This is the plot of Mario sunshine basically but with some characters that are not in the Mario universe)

After reading so many SMG4 fanfics and watching the later arcs, I've decided to create my own story where Mario becomes normal again. This time, though, I want it to be completely original-unlike my first attempt, where I borrowed a lot of ideas from other fanfics. In this remake, I'll be telling my version of events, with my own spin on how everything unfolds.
