Takao is the king of Shūtoku Kingdom. He inherited the position from his father a year ago. Ever since then, he has been looking for a wife to become his queen. Midorima has been his personal guard ever since he became king. Midorima developed a crush of his king, but he knows they can't be together. Takao himself doesn't admit his feelings, but still knows it's there.
