Five teens were in Atlanta on a school trip when the world went to shit. They hid out in an apartment near the outskirts of the city so they could go on runs to get food and supplies but they weren't to close to get surrounded by walker hoards.
One of the days during a run two of the group found a one handed man laying in the road and brought him back to the others to help him. Helping him through withdrawals from whatever he was on, his burnt stump, and getting him back to his group.
But getting him back was harder than expected, they didn't know where they went, his camp was destroyed and packed up, everything gone.

A/N: This is the updated version of FYD <3 Y/n L/n was your average college student before the world went to shit. She lived in Atlanta with her childhood friend, Glenn, and had never once left the city after she had moved there, apart from the occasional visit to see her Mother, whom was hospitalised in another state.
