If you have not read "Last Knights of Cambia" Books 1,2, or 3, do enjoy them first as this contains spoilers for those books.

Ahem, living people die, dying people live, Henry V is still here and he's awesome despite being an anti-hero at best. Found families. Sword fights. Everybody is vaguely gay, weapons are described in loving detail, people are not, lovely platonic friendships, did we mention swords? Yes, you may learn something about history, but that's a risk you'll have to take.

Trigger/Content Warning: Fantasy violence, brief peril. Characters mention having crushes, no major romance. A man and his wife briefly appear to flirt in conversation. It's briefly implied two unmarried characters have spent the night in the same room. It's briefly speculated a married person is having an affair.

Harry Potter. The Boy-Who-Lived, Hero of the Wizarding World, Master of Death. He was loyal to his friends. He would even sacrifice his life to save his friends. He died to save the Wizarding World, but at what cost? After the war with Voldemort, Harry felt like half of his soul had left his body. Sadness and grief followed him like a cloud wherever he went. Every night he slept, he would dream about a crimson eye in his mind, infiltrating his nightmares. Was any of what he had done worth it in the end? All the bloodshed, the needless death, the Horcruxes... was any of it necessary to save the world? These questions kept swirling around his head, unanswered. One day, all of those questions were laid to rest when the Lord Goblin, Ragnarok, sent him an owl about his inheritance in Gringotts. ___ Harry was furious. He had been blinded by the allure of the Light. Had been betrayed by Albus Dumbledore. Had been played perfectly like a puppet. He wanted revenge. How? Well, that part was easy. He, Harry Potter, is Master of Death. Armed with his inheritance and his powers, Harry decided to go back in time to when he was 8 years old. This time he knew his future. This time, he could play games with Albus Dumbledore. The Wizarding world doesn't know what they're about to face. Be wary. The Last Dragon rises, and will watch the world burn for the chance to build it anew. He has a vision of a new society that rises from the ashes, and will stop at nothing to see it done. Firstly, a huge thanks to my friend Sophia (@sopheyyis or @B1ashe) for drawing the cover. She is an amazing artist, go follow her on instagram and tik toc because she is the best. Warning: this is not for kids or people sensitive to triggers. I tend to write on the dark side, just so you know. There will be no smut, but there will be mentions of sex, abuse, abandonment, a little bit of swearing and this list could be updated as the story goes on. I usually don't write romance, but I want to get better at it, so here we go... About updates, I wish I could say I will be posting at least once a day but I know that won't be true because I'm currently editing my book that I am publishing this summer (2020) and this story is more of just a de-stressor (is that a word) so the grammar and writing, especially the tense (it will most likely flip between present and past tense, just pretend it is all the same) might not be perfect, but I just felt like writing it. I will publish at least once a week Now with that out of the way, I just wanna say, hope ya enjoy the story. Have a great day and keep being your amazing you!

Ice flooded my veins as the realization of who he was hit me. It must have been evident on my face because the man in front of me let out a dark laugh. "Oh dear, you didn't realize you were talking to a royal, did you darling?" he crooned. Not just any royal. Kesserian Cinis. The recently coronated king and ruler over the Ember Court. I forgot how to breathe, my mind whirring as it tried to figure out how I could have been so stupid as to let this happen. *************************************************** Wren Heatherfield is on the run. Having turned 18, she is now in danger of becoming selected for the Garner, a deadly game in which the six kings who rule over her continent take eighteen non-magical girls and make them fight for their lives. But as she tries to avoid the game by running away with her best friend and her sister, she consequently finds herself doomed to be a competitor in the 246th Garner. But the Garner isn't the only thing capable of killing her. In a castle surrounded by kings with dark powers and girls fighting for their lives, she may find that the politics of royalty can be just as deadly as their games. No one can be trusted in a palace full of monsters and, if Wren has any hopes of survival, she may have to become one herself.
