The year is 1975. Singer Elvis Presley finds himself having set backs stopping his new tour from happening. If he doesn't settle down to focus on his health something might happen that no one wants to see happen. His girlfriend Ginger Alden, hires a nurse Sandra McCall to stay at Elvis side until his health is better. Sandra just moved from Kentucky to Memphis to work as a nurse as she always dreamt to like her mother had as well as her grandmother. Sandra is thrilled at this chance to be Elvis Presley's private nurse and confident. Sandra just is not willing to accept the high payment to keep Elvis's hidden drug addictions to herself.
