When Emily Prentiss is invited to her cousin, Anna Freemont's wedding in Oregon, she is expected to bring her perfect, loving boyfriend. Only, Emily's perfect, loving boyfriend doesn't exist.
Instead of backing out of the wedding and admitting that she doesn't have a successful love life, Emily decides to find a date for the wedding. After several failed trial and error dates, she decides that the only person fit to fill this role is her boss and unit chief, Aaron Hotchner.
