Takei Miyo is one of those unlucky people.
He got his quirk at the age of 6, a whole 2 years later than all of his classmates.
His father had a major dislike for Miyo's quirk but his mother was quite fond of it.

Then Miyo lost his mother.
He lost her over a hero's mistake.
He misses his mother.
