This is a story about the last battleship called the USS Missouri and where the background in WW2 is the Battle of Midway takes place after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. From the true story of a fierce battle in the Pacific Ocean which eventually became a turning point in the war in the Pacific area.
In 2009, where a submarine called the USS Missouri (SSN-780) seventh Virginia-class attack submarine and fourth ship in the United States Navy to be named in honor of the United States state of Missouri.
After that in 2012, tells about the arrival of aliens in the Pacific ocean. Where aliens with advanced technology are visited not without reason, they come because of man himself.
Then in 2077, USS Missouri (BB-63) and (SSN-780) were removed and disposed of by the United States government due to new generation of battleships such as destroyers, cruisers, aircraft carriers and stealth submarines. Before the two ships were removed, there was a very strong storm with red lightning and the two ships were swept away by the storm and disappeared without a trace.
After that, they both fell unconscious in an abandoned island and they both explored an alternate world called the world of Azur Lane.

It is the year 2273, the years of naval glory made its much-awaited appearance. Plasmatic converters slowly replaced unsafe nuclear reactors while CIWS were modified to be firing compressed lasers... Task Force Z, the Prime warship fleet that dominated the oceans, had three successive fleets, Task force 0, 1 and 2. The Z fleet was composed of three ships: HMS Reckless (Flagship), HMS Reverie (Deputy_Flagship), USS Cleveland (Defense_Main). It was a fleet no one dared to even spy upon.
