Morana has been suicidial ever since high school . She has two sisters, Penny and Ellie

Morana was hanging on by a thread by the time Ellie announced her engagement. That's when Morana decided to commit suicide after her sister wedding which was May 20th.

After the wedding, Morana was drinking while sitting on her couch. Penny, her ten year old sister, was asleep in the next room. It finally hit her that she was going to die as soon as the sun rose which is why she decided to drink like there was no tomorrow. Because there wasn't.

Then as Morana awoke the next morning in an entirely new world. Penny wasn't in bed and the phones weren't working so she couldn't call anyone. On top of that there were flying faceless shadows flying around outside her apartment complex waiting to devour her. 

Morana's only thought, "Fuck man, I'm past my expiration date."
